one of the best shows i have attended was the Jacobites. i forget where in Chicago i saw them, either the Elbo Room or the Double Door...it's been a long while.

the Swell Maps are one of the "influences" for my band.

his Secretly Canadian is an excellent label.

he will be missed. say hi to Epic Soundtracks for me, Nikki.
